Single-book (one of each) orders will be denied. This is our policy to help avoid any unlawful reproduction of our product.
We accept district purchase orders, and we are a sole-source vendor for our products. Please contact us so that we can assist your school district and we can begin the process of shipping your order to you.
Orders that utilize Purchase Orders or payment via activity funds/booster funds will be given payment terms of net 30 days.

The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our return policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your order must also be in the original packaging.
There will be a 10% (of final sale price) restocking fee for any school order.
Refunds will be reimbursed in the form of a cashiers check.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address indicated on the shipping section.
Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days, or less. Once your item has shipped, we will send you another email containing the tracking number of your order.

Estimates are valid for 30 days and may only be prepared by a La Hacienda Musica representative.
"Out-of-Stock/In Production" Items
If a product is out of stock, or is in production, the customer will receive a notification via email. An update email will be sent when items have been restocked and ready for shipment.
